The Union Palace Hotel Apartments is in the same building as Courtyard, but the floors and decorations are completely different. The room has a balcony where you can dry clothes and see the beach, which has a great view. It is very close to the popular McDonald's and large shopping malls. The location is convenient, and the crowded beach is just across the road. Breakfast is provided on the first floor of the hotel, and you can also order food on weekdays. The apartment needs to pay extra for using the swimming pool and fitness. The biggest disadvantage is that the bathroom and kitchen countertops in the apartment room have a very serious anti-odor, which makes me have a headache. Fortunately, the weather is good and I can open the balcony door to sleep. I feel that it is a problem with the pipeline design. After a day, I asked the front desk to change rooms, but only a staff member was sent to drop some freshener into the sewer. After a few hours, the pungent sewer smell reappeared. It is recommended to confirm whether there is a sewer odor when checking in, and change rooms or check out decisively if there is a smell. Overall, the front desk service is not bad, very enthusiastic, and can communicate in English and Russian. The hotel facilities are relatively new, and the faucet hardware is all shiny. The kettle is very new, the TV is large, the bed is very comfortable, the pillows are fluffy, the bedding is very new, and the towels are fluffy. The balcony door can be fully opened or opened to the side. It's just that the sewer smell is too bad. I suggest the hotel to solve it thoroughly. I modified the order and wanted to check out one day in advance, but the hotel disagreed. I stayed for another half a day and left without staying overnight. I have a headache, but I will not give a bad review because I am kind to others.
