The room is OK. The mattress is relatively hard, but the bed base is made of steel, which is too easy to hit the legs. After checking in, I understood why it has so many good reviews online, because it is really like the All Seasons Hotel in China (hot spring version). I personally think it is not worth the price of 3,600, but after all, the prices of hotels in Banff are relatively high in summer, which is understandable. So ~ The hot spring is really good, you can see the snow-capped mountains, and there is unlimited coffee/milk/tea/hot cocoa, but there is no bottled drinking water, you need to go to the water dispenser on the first floor to fill it up yourself

Great hotel in Banff with very nice restaurant and rooftop hot pools. Slightly outside Banff Downtown but hotel was kind to offer free bus passes.

This is a relatively large hotel in Banff. You can see the snow-capped mountains from all the rooms. The hot spring on the terrace is also very good. It is very pleasant to soak in the hot spring and count the stars at night! The hotel is right outside the 1st and 2nd bus lines. Check-in will give you a 3-day unlimited free ticket. You can also take the airport bus at the door to Calgary Airport. It is very convenient! Suitable for self-guided travel.

The place is absolutely amazing! The staff were perfect front desk was easy even after getting the wrong room. Front desk figured it out right away and got us into the right room and apologized a million times for a minor error! Would def stay again! A bit far from most bars if your into nightlife but nothing a 10-15$ cab ride can’t take care of!

I had a fantastic ,The room was spacious, spotless, and had a breathtaking mountain view. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The heat pool is amazing Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
