房間雖然不大，但是非常乾淨。各種設施齊備且保養如新，設計合理。酒店附近餐廳便利店一應俱全，離開青森站很近。房間隔音很好，安靜沒打擾。

酒店距離青森站不遠，碼頭就在車站附近，傍晚去走走，風景不錯！房間挺大，衞生也不錯！早餐還挺豐富，服務人員很熱情！樓下有個大户屋，類似快餐店那種，吃飯也方便！從青森出發去弘前或者稻田畫坐電車也很方便，不過發車時間要！留意！
