Siamo arrivati pieni di entusiasmo, e con nostra enorme sorpresa… il giardino era completamente chiuso per lavori. Nessuno ci aveva detto nulla al momento della prenotazione, né tantomeno nei giorni precedenti all’arrivo. Onestamente, mi sono sentita presa in giro. Trovo assurdo che una struttura di questo livello non ritenga necessario informare i clienti in anticipo di un cambiamento così importante. Se lo avessi saputo, non avrei mai scelto questo albergo. Sono stata in passato due volte, quando ancora si chiamava Camp Zero, ed ero davvero innamorata del posto. Purtroppo, dopo questa esperienza, posso dire con certezza che non tornerò più. Abbiamo trascorso il weekend del 2 Giugno in questa meravigliosa struttura. Hotel ricco di charme, con una particolare attenzione al design, ai dettagli ed alla pulizia, bellissime le aree comuni e la possibilità di provare l’arrampicata in uno spazio dedicato e perfettamente integrato nella struttura. Abbiamo soggiornato in un’ampia e confortevole suite su 2 piani con 2 bagni e con tutti i comfort che si possono desiderare. Testato anche il ristorante sia a pranzo che a cena, servizio ottimo e cibo di qualità, molto valida anche la colazione à la carte. L’unica pecca, a nostro giudizio, è rivolta all’area benessere: piscina meravigliosa ma senza l’ombra di un area relax, spa curata, con sauna, bagno turco, vasca idromassaggio e docce sensoriali ma piccola, con area relax poco strutturata e con accesso su prenotazione (per un ora di utilizzo). In un 5 stelle mi aspetto di andare in spa quando voglio, per tutto il tempo che desidero, senza dover pianificare e senza avere l’ansia di controllare l’orologio.

This hotel and it's staff are absolutely outstanding. My husband and our two children enjoyed 5 nights here in two mountain suites in February. The breakfast is exceptional, we never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for a transfer to/from the hotel and this service was also available in the evening to local restaurants. The spa facilities and prebooking was perfect so that the areas were not overcrowded. Special mentions to Alice and Ricardo who were so helpful and knowledgeable. We will be back for sure and are eager to try other Aethos hotels! Thank you for making our holiday so special.

Abbiamo deciso di provare questo nuovo ristorante per la proposta di menù degustazione a san Valentino visto che siamo residenti e il ristorante era una novità. Il servizio è stato deludente, considerato il posto in cui eravamo e la cifra spesa, escluse le bevande. Gli antipasti sono arrivati tutti assieme come anche tutte le portate principali, quindi quello che mangiavi subito era caldo il resto freddo, perciò non siamo riusciti a finire di mangiare il tutto. Alla fine i dolci erano ghiacciati impossibili da mangiare. Dispiace molto per questa situazione perché ribadendo che essendo abitanti del posto, a malincuore, a chiunque ci chiederà, dovremmo assolutamente sconsigliarlo perché è stata una pessima esperienza.

A super mountain hotel in the truest sense of the word Nestling on the edge of the forest, Aethos Monterosa is an atypical hotel Featuring modern architecture with natural materials. It is located halfway between the 2 Champoluc ski lifts and an efficient shuttle service takes you there throughout the day (free during the day and paying in the evening) This hotel is atypical for its unique range of leisure activities A high-quality climbing wall is available to guests free of charge, as is an ice wall (paying activity). I've never seen anything like it! The hotel's authentic mountain theme is fully validated. The rooms are very large and well equipped. There are 2 quality restaurants, with a preference for the Japanese. The spa is also very large, with a well-equipped indoor area that must be booked in advance (there was enough availability during our stay), a large 25 m indoor pool and 2 outdoor wood-heated jacuzzis, as well as a traditional sauna. The price of the treatments, which I personally find too high, is regrettable. Aethos Monterosa is positioned for families, which is appreciable for this type of hotel. The service is good but could, in certain situations, be a little more personalised given the category of the hotel (reception, ski room) I would, however, recommend it unreservedly as the services are so original. Conoscevo questo hotel quando era Camp Zéro perché a dicembre 2018 avevo festeggiato il matrimonio di mia figlia, occupando tutta la struttura per 3 giorni. Sempre una bellissima realtà, servizio di alto livello, personale molto gentile. Peccato solo che con la nuova gestione si sia voluto dare un’impronta più internazionale a scapito di arredi più tipici valdostani: inoltre non capisco la necessità di avere anche un ristorante giapponese in val d’Aosta a 1.600 metri d’altitudine, quando la cucina italiana, anche con connotazioni locali, non ha eguali .

English: Luxurious, designer hotel, very well cared for in every detail in a splendid natural setting. I spent two days of pure relaxation in this fantastic structure: young and very prepared staff, attentive service in every detail and very spacious rooms equipped with every comfort. The breakfast, partly a la carte and partly buffet, satisfies every type of appetite, well-stocked and with quality products. We tried the 1568 Japanese steakhouse restaurant, truly excellent, both the location and the food. The Doping Bar inside allows you to enjoy excellent cocktails with elite products, masterfully prepared by excellent staff (special mention for the BarLady Giulia, professional). The Spa is very well equipped, with a relaxation area where you have to make a reservation so as not to have too many people, a heated Olympic-sized swimming pool, and outside two tubs with hot water and a sauna where you can relax, enjoying the fairy-tale panorama around the hotel. Absolutely recommended, I will be back!!

Modern hotel in a wonderful natural setting, in my case lots of snow that created a magical atmosphere. The location is excellent as it is far from the center and completely immersed in nature. I really appreciated the structure especially for the services offered and the very well-kept environments. The rooms are spacious, with a modern and functional design but above all very clean like the rest of the structure. The internal Spa is intimate and the fact that you can book means that guests can enjoy it to the full. I really liked the external wellness area, especially the hot tubs and the sauna. The breakfast is excellent, it offers a la carte menus and a small buffet with genuine and quality products. The 1568 restaurant with a delicious Japanese cuisine menu. The very elegant Doping bar offers special cocktails carefully prepared by competent bartenders. (special mention for the Bar Lady Giulia). The staff is kind, prepared and super available for any request, I also really appreciated that they were all young. I spent two days of relaxation and pampering, I will return and I recommend this structure.
