Passing by Flagstaff Town, I saw Hyatt and decided to stay there without hesitation. It is very cost-effective, with complete hotel facilities, convenient parking, and a swimming pool. The room is new and spacious. There is a mountain view when you open the window. It is a lovely town.

I thought the new facilities would be better, but I didn't expect the toilet flusher to have problems, and the shower head didn't work well, and water leaked everywhere.
The most serious problem is the extremely poor sound insulation!!! Why did a family with no quality live there? Before 7 o'clock in the morning, the children were running around and shouting, and the parents were talking loudly and turning on the TV. The noise was like it was right in our ears! I didn't rest well for two days!
I reported it to the front desk, and she replied indifferently that it was ok. It was speechless. I called the manager to complain.
