I am very satisfied with the hotel. It is a hot spring hotel hidden deep in the forest. I stayed there for two nights and chose different types of breakfast and dinner for two days. There were not many guests when we checked in, so we went in immediately after the private bath was cleaned at 2 pm. It was very clean! The room was also very good, clean and hygienic!

The room is large and Japanese-style. There is a small bath on the balcony for hot springs. The hotel hot springs are very good, with both public and private hot springs. After the hot springs, you can come out to drink milk and eat popsicles for free. Breakfast and dinner are both Japanese. The breakfast is average, with more varieties, but the taste is ordinary. There are two types of hot pot and barbecue for dinner. We chose barbecue, which has many varieties and tastes good. Free supper ramen is also available after 10:30 pm. It is very close to Kowakidani Station. The hotel provides free shuttle buses. The overall service is good, and most of the waiters can speak English.

Enjoyed the hotel and loved our room! The staff were friendly and we liked all the meals. The free ramen at night was okay but otherwise the other snacks were great. The private ryokans are generally easy to get into, as most people don't stay long.

The room feels like a Japanese hotel. There are many hot springs, which are changed regularly. I highly recommend it. The kaiseki cuisine in the evening is also very good. However, the hotel is very winding and not easy to find.

The room is big and not crowded. There was no one there when I went to take a hot spring bath at around 5 o'clock. I occupied the whole hot spring pool. The room has its own outdoor bathtub but I didn't take a bath. Some of the food is not suitable for my Chinese stomach, but my husband is very happy. The children's meal is too rich and the children can't finish it. The hotel can send luggage to the subway station, which is very convenient.

This hotel is on the mountain. You need to climb up the hill after getting off the bus. Of course, if you arrive early, you can ask the hotel to pick you up! The hot spring hotel is great. There are private and public baths, and the room is very clean! We had omsaki for dinner, and breakfast was also good! I will come again next time!

I stayed in the new building. The room was very big and great. The facilities and services were very good. There were two large soups. Men and women would switch every day, so the experience was very good. The shuttle bus was always waiting at Kowakidani Station. The Kaika Pavilion not far away was beautiful and the udon noodles were delicious.
