不愧是王子酒店，整潔及設施不會令人失望。有很大的溫泉，又有table tennis設施，停車場車位充足，職員能操國語，我們的房間是湖景，有四張床足夠一家四口。早起望出窗外，十分寫意。

酒店公共區域很美，地理位置優越，
確定是台灣籍服務員對大陸客人極差，惡劣！不要問為什麼知道是台灣的，因為她佩戴着台灣“黨徽”，聽見我們的國語一直是翻着白眼説話的，我先生跟她講英語立馬老實了很多。細節已經向攜程投訴。
晚餐日餐廳兩大一小，2900人民幣，沒有一丁點拿得出手的食材，甚至吃不飽。但日本服務員態度比那幾個台灣姑娘好很多。

非常滿意的住宿體驗，房間很大，滿滿的日式度假風。蘆之湖畔絕佳風景，早晚在湖邊草地上散步非常chill。服務生廖小姐會説中文，一直細心解答我們的問題。兩天的早飯分別選擇了自助和日式定食，體驗都不錯。酒店來回小田原和元箱根的接駁車也很方便準時。
