Everything clean and spa scented clean everywhere you went.
The pool bar bathrooms not working. And handwashing sinks had no running water !
The spa only had massages on the menu i was looking forward to few more services.
The food was slightly over priced

Great hotel with beautiful Spa, Sauna, steamroom and two pools. Only 13 minutes by car from Ponta Delgada. Lots of free parking space around the hotel. Excellent service and delicious breakfast. So far one of the best hotels I stayed at.

We are happy with the service and location of the hotel.
There was a large selection for breakfast, an interesting system for ordering an additional breakfast.
Very good gym, we were there every evening.
The presence of a sauna is also a great solution to relax after daily hikes in the mountains.
We were pleased with the availability of parking spaces near the hotel.
There was some kind of system error when checking out, I hope the staff solved it. Since we were in a hurry to the airport and could not wait for their information to be updated, we simply gave the keys to the room.

Great location, friendly staff, very good breakfast.
Spa area: cold water, the jacuzzi did not have all the massage functions working, not enough sun loungers, extremely slippery floor if you use your slippers.

Great room with great view. Breakfast was very good. A lot of variety. Staff is very friendly and nice. SPA area is amazing and exactly what I needed to relax.
