Signature Garden Avanos Hotel & Spa

I’m currently staying at this so-called 5-star hotel with my group of 30 people. Most of us are in double and triple rooms. Some guests have already left, and others will have different activities in the morning. From the moment we arrived, the service has been anything but five-star. They only provided one key card per room, which is used for both opening the door and activating the electricity. When I asked for an additional card, they refused — and the reception staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ve traveled the world and have never experienced such poor service. At one point, I was left 30 minutes without electricity, because the receptionist opened the door but didn’t come back with the key card for power, as promised. I was left in the dark, literally, until my roommate returned. Avoid this hotel at all costs. The service is absolutely unacceptable, and the staff is shockingly disrespectful. La mayoría estamos en habitaciones dobles y triples. Algunos ya se fueron y otros tendrán actividades distintas por la mañana. Desde el momento de la llegada, el servicio ha sido todo menos de cinco estrellas.
