Shoe print was spotted on the bed linen after we came back from whole day outdoor activities. Dirty bed linen and towels placed on floor were not changed, and the cleaner simply just placed back the dirty towels to the original place. Cleaner entered our room for party and drinking with the cap of beer bottle thrown onto the net of our bed. No proper cleaning was done. On the second day of stay, cleaner just confiscated our bath robes and face towels with no valid reason.

Environment: The environment is good, but the soundproofing is not very good. You can hear the music from the building next door. The villa is relatively large and there are small animals such as geckos. Facilities: If there are many people, 4-6 people can stay, and you can cook.

OMG, this hotel has a lot of bugs and very poor hygiene. The pillows are full of mold. The shower facilities are broken and difficult to use. There are blood stains on the quilt and towels. It feels like it has not been cleaned at all. I also paid extra to upgrade the room type, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Because I went back very late and got up very early the next day, I didn't tell the customer service. But the next day I complained to trip, but the other party didn't admit it because we didn't complain immediately. Fortunately, I took a photo, but the other party still didn't admit it. It's really disappointing

It is very close to the center of Seminyak Beach. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the beach. The environment is very quiet and there is a separate swimming pool. It is a good choice👍
