先説説優點吧，畢竟也是品牌酒店，峇裏島這種旅遊城市，服務真的是非常好，基本有求必應。每個服務員都笑臉迎面。期間，因為小朋友起不來，沒和大人一起早飯，服務員直接説想要哪個，可以打包，還覺得太少了，讓多拿些。
當天要回去，臨時去了峇裏島水上樂園，很早退房的情況下，想要洗澡，酒店前台告知樓下的工作人員帶我們去了健身房洗漱。
服務態度都很好。
地理位置很好，就在庫塔海灘，周圍是商場。
缺點也不少，房間內設施真的不是一般的舊啊。
衞生也很差，被套上，床單上都有黃漬。
水質可能是通病，無敵的臟。剛換上的花灑，就被濾芯的贓物堵住了。
總之這個價位，住着有點虧。

酒店在購物中心旁邊，吃飯購物非常方便，酒店工作人員服務態度非常好，但是沒有中文服務，需要英文交流。海灘跟酒店隔一條馬路，公共海灘人比較多，如果帶孩子清靜也可以選擇其他區域的酒店私人海灘。但是住在喜來登去機場真的很方便，距離海龜保育中心也比較近，總體比較推薦。

離機場很近 就在庫塔沙灘對面 沖浪超方便 老牌五星酒店 服務和環境都還是在線的 邊上就是shopping mall 就是設施有點老舊 比如USB插頭有壞的 其中一個房間的電視也壞了 （酒店很快給換了新的）

距離機場不遠，在庫塔海灘邊上，風景優美，出行吃飯都方便。房間大，服務也很好，衹是之前住酒店習慣了冰箱裏的普通飲料和水都是免費的，喝了幾瓶後才發現這兒衹有水免費。

過夜酒店，無功無過吧，不過KUTA太堵了，無論進還是出，都避開下午，不然3公里2小時。不管怎麼説，是本次旅程的起點。

Everything is fine and satisfied. The location is good to any other parts of Bali. It is easier to go shopping, eating outside, especially to reach the beach for surfing.
