Four Points by Sheraton Bellingham Hotel & Conference Center

The room was very inviting, clean and well appointed. The restaurant and morning breakfast were great. Would definitely stay there again.

Conveniently located close to Hwy. Nice welcoming lobby. Clean room and comfortable bed. Friendly staffs.

Location is great, rooms were clean. Rooms were stocked with minimal towels for 1night, coffee was stocked with 1decaf and 1 reg k-cups.. they don’t service your room every day so if you need additional towels or coffee or anything else you have to call to get replenished. The B Town Kitchen and Raw Bar, there were no customers in the main room and the hostess was talking to her coworker when we walked in for a table early afternoon during happy hour and she looked at us as we were interrupting her talk and pretty much showed she didn’t care to sit us. The front desk person kept saying he was busy.. there were no lines at the front desk, no rooms available at 4pm checkin .. The best was the ladies working at Chinuk during breakfast! They were all friendly and very efficient during the breakfast hour!

We visit Bellingham regularly, but this was our first stay here. Things started rocky as I tried to book an available handicap room with points and they they said this room couldn’t be booked with points. It was a long story I gave up. When we arrived, the room that I had wanted was what I had. No idea how that happened, the only issue is when traveling handicapped we bring different things and if I had known, we were getting the room with a roll and shower we would’ve brought different things and what we did for a room without. Not a huge deal, but would’ve been good to know ahead of time. , I will say that this hotel didn’t receive one star only because of the employees every single one above and beyond so friendly, very sweet very helpful. We had to go through sort of French doors to get to the portion of the hotel with a room was the moment we went through those doors the temperature change was at least 10 or 15° hotter. We realize that there was a pool in the middle that I believe was the reason it was so warm and humid in the other portion of the hotel. We got to our room and it was hot. Immediately turned both air-conditioning on to try to cool it off. We open the windows and realize that they actually just were viewing the pool. There were no outdoor windows and they were people in the pool so we closed the shades. The furnishings felt like something out of a dorm room. I suspect part of this was because the room was handicap so they were trying to make accommodations, but in the in the end, it was one of the worst rooms we’ve stayed in . Hot dark, cramped, oddly arranged, just all in all a bad experience.. We kept waiting for the room to cool off. It never did. We couldn’t open windows. We were unable to do anything. We just went to sleep as we were only there one night.. We’ve stayed in lots of hotels over the years we agreed that this is one of the worst we have ever stayed in. I we would not come back. The room was awful. It was hot. It was sticky. It was not well set up and the reservation process have been really awful again the staff there was lovely amazing it should be paid a lot more because they make this hotel but we will not be back.

Generally the hotel was clean, comfy, staff friendly. Quiet and sleep well. Close to Fred Meyer grocery store so convenient for simple needs. The only thing pulled down was we called the hotel two days ahead to inform that we would be arriving after the check-in 4:00 pm time, and requested an upstair room for better sleep. They promised and put it into the note, but when checking in around 8 pm, they only had one room on the ground floor. The front desk man, who said he was no more than two years in that town, made up lame excuses saying they rented out all rooms yesterday, etc. Hope they can improve this as we might come back later when we are in that town. Thank you.

I have not stayed here in a couple of years but now i will more frequently. The hotel is well maintained and service is fantastic. Bonvoy Members will appreciate the breakfast and lots of free parking. It is located next to Fred Meyers and just off the I 5. Major shopping is within a 10 minute drive.
