Lovely, attentive staff. Food is decent and reasonably priced for an upmarket hotel. Aurush and Sirjana attended our table and both are very professional and friendly. It was a pleasant experience.

Extremely courteous staff, very helpful and always available. While we had a couple of glitches in our room the great attitude of the staff and the excellent hospitality extended by them more than made up for it. The issues were addressed and resolved immediately. The Dinner was terrific. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here so we choose to check in here again on our way back from Nepal. Overall, exceptional customer service. Keep up the good work guys !!!

Friendly Staff "The room well-equipped with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom." "The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay." Would like to thank the Manager Mr.Rajesh for his help in guiding us with all our trip planning and explaining everything soo well.. all f&b team were help too.. Food was good too.

The staff experience and hospitality was welcoming and heartfelt.Even thought service for the pool side was closed we still heartfelt even of enjoyed our time would definitely advise visiting amazing and wonderful 5 start hotel in Kolhapur
