Единственное положительная сторона это расположение, никаких плюсов нету, плохо убирают, на ресепшене тоже сидят не гостеприимные люди, аура гостиницы вообще плохая, я бы оценил с 10 на 2. В комнате нету ни тефаль, ни приборов ставят только стакан и всё, сервис ужасный, постель будут менять когда грубо попросишь, на завтрак надо ходить в ресторан PERLA которая находится 500 метров от отеля и и относятся так как будто бесплатно завтракаешь, я не рекомендую посещать этот Отель. Всем рекомендую славянскую плазу там отдельные корпуса, территория огромная всё ухожено и чисто имеет бассейны свой ресторан.

A senhora da recepção foi extremamente mal educada, enquanto percebíamos o porquê da nossa reserva dizer que tinha pequeno almoço começou elevou o tom a chamar-nos mentirosos, a dizer que estava farta de pessoas como nós. Nunca tive um atendimento tão mau onde quer que fosse. Fomos sempre corretos e tentamos acalmar os ânimos porque só queríamos perceber. Pessoas assim não devem trabalhar no atendimento ao público.

Great hotel, excellent location, lovely room
We’ve just stayed here for 2 nights (2 adults & toddler) and was really impressed with it. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfasts, excellent location and really happy with the room which was big, modern and clean. We would definitely book to stay again

Our experience with this hotel can be said to be disastrous, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, first of all, the prices are very high for what they offer, the accommodation is in a good location, and everything else is old and simply does not match the pictures from the booking, the staff was friendly until the moment when they charged us for the accommodation during checking in, they insisted that we immediately pay them the entire amount, after that we were placed in the last room and every day we had to climb the stairs to the top floor, and we had children and a stroller for the child, which was not possible. When we wished and said we wanted to change the room or simply leave, the woman from the reception was rude and the owner who was constantly at the reception did start threatening us in the presence of our children and behaves very aggressively. He threatened us that he would beat us up and that he would show us where we belong.
