El hotel es fantástico a pie de playa, elegante, acogedor, con un interiorismo muy andaluz. La gastronomía excelente, la zona playa cómoda con un chiringuito precioso, con una cocina y servicio de 10. Como de 10 es la gastronomía de los Restaurantes del hotel. Destaco la amabilidad, simpatía, trato familiar de todo el personal en todas las áreas. Demuestra que hay una gran Dirección detrás y una gran empresa.

Sitio que nos ha gustado mucho a toda la familia. Hemos pasado 5 dias increibles, la comida, las piscinas, el ambiente y sobretodo a destarcar la amabilidad y el trato recibido por J.Jesus Metre de las instalaciones. Hotel muy bonito en una zona privilegiada, en primera línea de una de las playas más bonitas de Cádiz. Limpieza y comida excelentes, pero para nosotros el hotel no es un 5*. Para empezar, las piscinas están heladas. En recepción comentan que la más próxima al mar está climatizada a 27 grados. La realidad es que está a la misma temperatura del mar y que la otra piscina, con lo cual el plan de estar agusto en la piscina que uno se imagina cuando lee la web y ve las fotos deja de ser posible. Las habitaciones, como el resto del hotel, están limpísimas, pero a no ser que pagues por una junior suite no vas a tener cama de matrimonio (nos unieron y vistieron las camas como si lo fuera, pero no es lo mismo). El baño necesita una reforma, el WC tiene desperfectos y no hay opción de plato de ducha, solo una bañera que si no eres suficientemente alto puede suponer un problema para poder salir de ella. Respecto al buffet, me llama mucho la atención que no dispongan de sobres de edulcorante (si lo consigues puedes disponer de un bote de pastillas de sacarina que no se disuelven con el café ni con el yogur), tampoco en la habitación para acompañar el café que dejan como cortesía. El horario, además, está adaptado para extranjeros, de manera que la cena termina a las 22 h. Lo mismo para el horario de limpieza, aunque quieras dormir más, es imposible por el ruidazo que hay de las habitaciones contiguas en las que están limpiando no se que con qué, pero debe ser muy a fondo porque los golpes no cesan. Lo que más me molesta es que expongan en la web unas características que no cumplen en la realidad. Sobrevalorado. No volveré.

Desde que llegamos a la recepción hasta la salida del hotel todo el personal ha sido muy muy atento y amable. Especialmente Juan Jesús en el buffet, Gema la camarera de piso. Las instalaciones que se ven al entrar es un preludio de lo bien que está el hotel

Wir waren bereits acht Mal in diesem Hotel und genießen es jedes Jahr aufs Neue sehr. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist unschlagbar und das Essen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Hotel besticht durch eine ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre. Wir freuen uns bereits auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

Como todos los años repetimos en este fantástico Hotel, ¡Bertolet el mejor camarero del hotel! No quiero dejarme atrás a Rodri, Rubén, Bartolo… todo el personal atento y todos muy profesionales. En recepción Paula, el maletero que no recuerdo su nombre… Sin duda una fantástica opción para pasar las vacaciones en familia. ¡Seguiremos repitiendo!
