前台的Finn Nguyen服務特別好，非常耐心、細心，凌晨兩點身體不舒服需要買葯，語言不通，他幫我聯繫葯店送過來，錢不夠還幫我墊付葯費。特別善良！以後再來下龍灣還住這個酒店，非常值得推薦！房間風景好，視野好，衞生也很好！

The hotel is relatively new, the staff mentioned it had only opened about two months ago. The team is well-trained and service-oriented, which made a positive impression. Upon arrival, my family and I were welcomed with a complimentary drink, which was much appreciated after a nearly four-hour journey from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay. It was a warm and thoughtful gesture that set the tone for a good customer experience.
Our stay was pleasant overall. The room was modern and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment with a nice balcony offering views of both the city and Ha Long Bay. We enjoyed breakfast and also tried the sandwiches at the hotel — the food was decent with nothing to complain about.
There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, adding to the convenience. All in all, it’s a great option for a relaxing staycation with family or friends.
