住了3天，他們感覺一房間不打掃，還要笑臉去問，打掃來了後讓幫忙換床單剛答應，隨便收垃圾就走了，用過的浴巾也不更換濕噠噠晾着，牙刷基本用品説了也沒放，不知道是忘了還覺得一次性的可以繼續用。其次再次打電話讓不忙了把浴巾更換早上11點打電話，下午5點才送來語氣態度跟欠了八百萬。早上第一天吃早餐也可笑8點50分去沒飯了，都是殘羹剩菜，早餐寫的8-10點，收票的大姐剛開始一口一個不好意思，過會一直在數落説你來晚了，這就算了，收拾房間衞生也不搞，叫一個人來欠他的一樣態度極差。第二天早上早飯就有廚師在添菜了，大姐還在數落你昨天來晚了，絲毫不覺得沒過時間是他們的問題差的沒辦法講，他們都是旅遊大巴，對於散客無所謂，稍微講一下，就報復心裏沒房了，你退了吧。避雷吧，收拾衞生的到早餐服務差，早餐也很敷衍

酒店亮化都沒做，酒店入口標識都沒有，我定的雙人間入住的時候告訴我沒有雙人間了，給安排了三人間，入住後發現窗簾控制開關是按反的，洗澡水忽冷忽熱能把人燙死，早上保潔大姐九點多就在樓道喊來喊去，再不來了
