Mettre 5 étoiles c'est pas juste pour les autres , certainement avez vous reçu une Baklava gratuite et vous n'osez plus dire la vérité .... Je la dirai pour vous.....et par respect pour les familles Wallah je n'invente rien, photos a l'appui, visible sur Google. Une véritable décharge à ciel ouvert, la chambre est envahie de saleté, les draps portent des taches d’urine, le réfrigérateur est hors service. Une odeur pestilentielle remonte des sanitaires. La piscine, troublée par la crasse et le manque d’entretien, n’inspire aucune confiance. Le personnel, fainéant et peu accueillant, semble agacé de travailler. Faire payer 50 dirhams le bol de harira est tout simplement honteux. Mieux vaudrait passer un coup de tractopelle sur cet hôtel désastreux et laisser la nature reprendre ses droits. J'ai fui en pleine nuit pour ne pas mourir de la peste.

洗澡洗到一半完全沒熱水，水管也堵到水完全下不去，結果維修竟然要30分鐘，外面天氣冷，請問到時候感冒誰負責，要不是只能點一顆心，老實說我完全不想給

Sehr schoene Anlage die sich einige km von der Orschaft befindet. Leider war kein Spa? Er befindet sich im Umbau. Das Abendbuffet war sehr schoen angerichtet und sehr vielseitig. Die Getraenke muss man sich selbst von der Bar mitnehmen. Es gibt kein Alkohol.

Average hotel, only a few amenities. It was very cold outside and we had trouble getting the room heater to work. The restaurant food was average but the interior too cold to enjoy it. Staff were all lovely however . It was the slow season so not much to do there tho the summer might be nicer.

Pro: nice facility, you can get grapes and pomegranates off of the tries, facility has lots of potentials.
Con: expensive ($230 / night), when we got to the breakfast buffet next morning the food was gone, the staff in the dining room blamed a large tourist group that came late night before for eating everything, they did not offer us any replacement, we ended up eating olives and some pieces of cheese , very poor experience considering the $230 per night price

Il posto è carino, in estate deve essere proprio bello, ampi spazi esterni. Lontano dalla città, serve un mezzo per raggiungerla. È gestito in modo un po’ approssimativo e camere e soprattutto i bagni hanno bisogno di essere rinnovati, ad esempio in bagno dalle mie figlie c’era molto odore di fogna. Per quanto riguarda la cena anche qui in definitiva abbiamo mangiato bene: zuppa calda marocchina ed un ottimo tajine di pollo e limone, però abbiamo atteso quasi un’ora, il servizio in generale un po’ insufficiente. Le basi ci sono, va solo effettuata un restyling ed una migliore organizzazione del tutto. In realtà poi non so se a Chefchaouen si possano poi trovare chissà quali altri alloggi quindi se dovete fermarvi una notte di passaggio fatelo pure tranquillamente.

The hotel room was not clean. So much dust and the food at the buffet was cold with limited choices. There is no heat/ flame beneath the food. The coffee was cold. The pool was dirty. We had to stay one night while driving from Tangier to Fes and wanted to see Chefchaouen.

Refrigerator not working. Air conditioner had issues.
No curtain for shower
Phone in room not working. We had to personally walk and go to the office to communicate.
Every day same menu with lot of left overs.
We were given the bungalow, which had no lights outside and was remote and dark
