Not impressed at all. Since arriving there was no security guard to look after the parking lot. Had to call the hotel to ask where I could park. No clarity. While waiting to check in, the room I booked was not available. The hotel informed me that the room I booked was sold out. There was another room available instead. And had to wait for a very long time because the receptionist and the booking system seemed to have a problem. Until finally got another room that was not booked instead. When I got to the room, the room was not in order. There was no pillow on the bed. Had to call again to ask for a pillow. Good location, good room, but the management system and staff were very bad.

Stayed for a few days in a row, and it was very suitable to live on the outside of the 5th floor. The noise from the bar was obviously not loud, and I slept well. The hotel service was really good, and they were very patient (I only know a few words in English). The sanitation was also very clean. The service staff took us to check in on the first day and took off their shoes before entering the room. The rooftop swimming pool is very good, but the water quality needs to be improved.
