此次入住重慶高空酒店非常的驚喜。酒店佔據高層核心位置，俯瞰兩江交匯的壯闊江景。大堂提供免費提供的現磨咖啡、特色小食和當季水果。客服團隊中，琪琪的表現堪稱“服務標桿”。入住前兩日，她便主動添加微信，發送定位、交通指南及周邊美食攻略，甚至貼心地提醒重慶近期天氣。入住期間總能第一時間響應，語氣親切如老友。更驚喜的是，退房時還給了一包山城特色伴手禮，這份用心讓全家倍感温暖。
