很多旅行團會入住的酒店，設施比較舊，沐浴露這些很差，最好用自己帶的，晚上游泳池有歌手唱歌，氛圍很好，早餐還不錯，種類多。

Çalışanlarının bu kadar ilgiili ve güler yüzlü olduğu başka bir işletme görmedim. Açık büfe olmasına rağmen, bulamadığınız ama yemek istediğiniz birşey var ise pişirelim diye pesimizden kosturdular, cocuklarin yemek isterse gece bile olsa mutfağı acarız dediler, bu kadarını evde insanın annesi yapmaz :)) Aşırı kalabalık olmayan düz ayak sakin bir konmaklama için ve aileler için ideal, hersey için teşekkür ederiz.

Aldığımız hizmet ***et güzeldi. Yemekler biraz daha seçenekli olabilir. Temizlik fena değil fakat tuvaletlerde gider kokusu mevcut. Giderilmesi gerekir diye düşünüyorum. Onun dışında memnun kaldık. Ramada her zaman kullandığımız ve güvendiğimiz otel olduğu için tercih ediyoruz.

It's outrageous, really outrageous... A needle fell from the bath towel in the room! I've stayed in so many hotels and I've never seen this! How can a plate for the breakfast buffet be so dirty? Just find a place to sit down, and the tableware is too dirty. The most amazing thing is that when I checked out, I told the front desk about these two things and the compensation given by the front desk was to ask if I wanted to drink coffee or tea... I was about to leave the hotel and had no time to drink, so the compensation given to me was two bottles of mineral water... I was so angry that I laughed

Positive points:
- The room is modern and comfortable.
- A lot of pools and relaxation facilties.
- Not far from Pammukale and Hieropolis.
Negative points:
- No real restaurant or bar. It is mostly for all inclusive buffet style.
- Check-in and checkout. The lady at the front was pretty rude. Tried to charge for extras we have never consumed (without insisting as she knew she was wrong). No goodbye. The manager was nice.
- Pool service non-existent. You need to go to the bar to order as the waitresses were busy playing with the music.
