Fairfield Inn & Suites Wenatchee

Hotel was clean, house keeping winds down quite early but you can contact front desk if you need anything.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Hotel is well maintained.

非常滿意，乾淨整潔

This one of the worst I have stayed in. Elevator is broke didn't tell me just told me to take the stairs. Second floor carpets are horrendous Stains and bunching up in the middle leaving a tripping hazard. The beds are thank God really great. Then I was reading about the breakfast .the web site was saying the breakfast was great full service breakfast. No I get down for breakfast and all there is is eggs and toast legal or waffle. The disgruntled employee that has to explain to everyone asking about the breakfast informed us that the hotel will no longer have a meat option on week days due the the cost.and once the hot eggs are gone then your only option will be hard boiled eggs. Would have been nice to know all this before I checked in Would not have stayed.

Fairfield Inn is Marriott’s version of motel 6, although this location makes motel 6 look like the Ritz. Both elevators were broken, meaning I had to hoof it to my room on the 5th floor. Maybe a little regular maintenance? The room was dirty, sheets did not fit the bed and would not stay on all night, carpet upstairs in the hallways was all bunched up causing a trip hazard. After I got to my room and realized there was no complimentary water, I hoofed it back downstairs and was directed to the cooler, where thy had small 8 oz bottles. The gal at the desk told me I could take 2. I told her I was taking 4 because it was in the 99’s outside. She charged me for the other two. Not a good way to treat a platinum member of the rewards program.

We have stayed here a couple of times and in fact when we need a hotel in East Wenatchee this is where we stay. It's a 5 minute drive to my daughters house which is very convenient, but also it is a nice place, always clean and all the staff has been very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a good selection and i have to comment on the oatmeal in particular. I never have oatmeal other than making it at home because it is usually slimey or not cooked enough for my liking, but their oatmeal is very good and they have several toppings! Will definitely stay here again!

If you are allergic to feathers make sure to let the front desk know upon arrival. I was unaware they had feather pillows, as most hotels have gotten rid of them. So glad we brought our own pillows, 3 of my 4 family members are allergic.

nice hotel... good staff... room temperature goes no lower than 69 degrees... not low enough for room comfort while sleeping.
