房間地毯比較臟，床墊中間塌了，睡得很不舒服，但是整體設施還行。要求加兩瓶礦泉水説要給錢。最拉胯的是餐廳。服務員也還算負責，但是因為餐廳在樹林，是木屋，很潮濕，有很多飛蟲。晚上吃的小炒肉全是肥肉，估計是因為人少備料不足，衹有肥肉了。早餐衹有麪條，湯圓，水餃，有白水蛋，和豆奶豆漿。雞蛋一人一個，問有沒有煎蛋，説沒有，讓給煎個蛋，就是沒有。早餐的麪條味精太多，加上那個沖的豆奶一喝，今天上山胃極不舒服直接搞暈車。服務人員嘛也有迴應。整體我覺得是生意不好，管理出了大問題，反正性價比不高，不怎麼推薦。

小木屋親子房是一棟一棟的，算是獨立小別墅～
山上比較潮濕，氣候相對冷，房間裏的電熱毯都是開着的，一上床就非常舒服，這點非常棒👍
早餐和酒店的參飲也都還不錯，最大的優點是酒店就在景區裏，遊玩就非常都方便了！
黑竹溝真的太美了！蜂巢巖爬山路線來回8公里，大約3小時，馬裏冷舊高山草甸，心曠神怡～

朋友入住體驗: 木屋大床房的入住體驗令人失望。
預訂的房間實際空間非常狹小，身形稍胖些轉身都顯侷促，加上窗户通風不佳，一進門就聞到明顯的潮濕氣味，湊近牆面還能看到牆皮有輕微剝落痕跡。設施方面，空調運行時噪音較大，雖不影響基本使用，但夜深人靜時確實影響休息；電視雖能正常播放，但尺寸小得像十幾年前的款式，畫質和音效都很一般。
衞生間的問題尤為突出：下水道返味嚴重，即便關緊門，異味還是會蔓延到房間；洗手池邊緣能看到泛黃的水漬，顯然清潔不到位。提供的一次性用品品質堪憂 —— 牙刷刷毛過硬，沐浴露擠出來質地稀薄，像是稀釋過的廉價產品。最讓人不滿的是客房服務：連住兩晚，垃圾桶從未主動清理，堆滿的垃圾散發異味；床單也沒有更換，第二天回來時仍保持着前一天的褶皺。房間裏放置的香薰不僅沒能掩蓋異味，反而與潮濕味、下水道味混合，形成一股令人不適的怪味。
作為景區周邊酒店，這樣的硬件條件和服務水準實在對不起定價，希望商家能重視改善，給遊客一個基本的舒適體驗。

酒店設施老舊，木屋面積小，一家三口住起來感覺擁擠，20寸行李箱艱難擺在地上，此外挪身困難。房間味道大，酒店為了掩蓋衞生間下水道返臭，特意放置了所謂的“薰香”，兩種強烈的味道對鼻子沖擊極其大。衞生間洗手池特別不合理，每每用水，就會濺濕衣服，大人孩子無不例外。此外，房間內唯二的電器--空調，電視都特別陳舊，運轉噪音大，屏幕不清晰，哎，總而言之就是一言難盡。

及其的破舊，床腳還拿一雙一次性拖鞋墊平衡。實在是該翻新了。酒店位置是得天獨厚的，可惜沒利用好資源，做出有特色的好度假酒店。
