Accueil sympathique et emplacement idéal. Toutefois, je rejoins les autres commentaires sur la salle de bain partagée : plutôt qu’une grande salle de bain où on pourrait venir se laver quand on le souhaite, il faut aller demander les clés à l’accueil. C’est un peu étonnant ! De plus, la salle de bain est petite.
Ma chambre était un peu froide (pas de décoration, lumière blanche) et dispose de peu de prises électriques. Pas de thé ou autres commodités à disposition dans la chambre.
Sinon, je n’ai pas eu de souci particulier.

The front desk staff was very kind. The view from the room was great, and I could see the castle. However, I was disappointed to see a notice posted on the elevator saying that the baths were not available that day... When I asked the front desk, they said that they had forgotten to remove the notice from the previous day. I chose the baths because I like them, so I was relieved! However, considering that some customers like baths, I felt that it would be better for everyone if they had removed the notice. The room, TV, slippers, etc. were all pretty reasonable for the price.
