The house is average. Compared with other hotels in Japan, you can't check in early. The shower can't be used.

Great service, breakfast is simple but fulfilling. Cute room details like cloud ceiling, enough space for opening any suitcase. 20 minutes walk from Gakunan line but the view is rewarding. Thank you!

Good location, cheap price, worse than other hotels
After checking in, you need to take off your shoes, wipe the luggage rolls, and put your shoes in a locker. There is an electric kettle in the basement, but it is too old and I dare not use it. There is a strange smell when you get out of the lift.
I don't want to eat the hotel breakfast at all.
The only advantage is that if you stay on the upper floors, you can see Mount Fuji from the window
