房間太小了，26寸的箱子打開就沒法走路了。窗簾遮光太差了，夏天四點半就開始天亮了，房間也是亮的。以前兩天房間WiFi太差了，一直被踢也是很無語。
酒店旁邊的温泉還不錯。自助餐很單一，吃了三天，三天都是一樣的。晚上還在西餐廳吃了一餐，選擇也很少。總體來説就是選擇少。
除了酒店免費班車還有點用，其他都一般。要玩富士急的話，不住酒店也可以。
建議去富士山住河口湖附近，比住這裏好
