很舊很舊的一間酒店，由公共空間到房間內，也非常陳舊，不過地點真的很方便，附近什麼店舖都有，但是自駕的話不建議，沒有泊車位。跟前台也無法有效溝通。

早餐真的很差，我吃到了冰凍的腸，感覺是直接從雪櫃拿出來，沒有煮過的，咬了一口立即吐出來，很可怕…..
我慶幸我只是待上幾小時，早上很早就check out走了，我不會推薦這間酒店！

The hotel is conveniently located just opposite Hakata Station and is easily accessible via an underground walkway through Sun Plaza. The rooms are spacious; while not particularly new, they are clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, contributing to a pleasant stay. A 7-Eleven is conveniently located downstairs for quick snacks or essentials. The hotel also provides a helpful map highlighting nearby attractions and recommended ramen shops, all within walking distance. Hakata Station itself features a shopping mall, making it easy to browse or pick up souvenirs during your visit.

第四次來福岡，每次跟家人來都住這裡；接待人員很親切雖然不太會說英語，但都會使用翻譯機翻譯說明。行李也可以寄放，早餐還可以，一樓大廳就是餐廳，可以買東西回來使用微波爐。飯店右邊是星巴克，飯店前有樓梯可以直通地鐵站；有行李的話可以在西裝店旁邊搭大樓電梯直達博多車站美食一條街，與地鐵、新幹線互通。飯店就在車站前面很方便，從飯店出來往左走步行直走約20分鐘可以走到運河城、櫛田神社、中川端商店街。也可以到祈園跟屋台！很值得推薦。但要注意飯店沒有其他設施。

酒店旁有下街連接口，下雨也不怕，對面就是博多車站，方便得很，酒店每層也有自動販賣機，單人房間也算寬敞，衛生也不錯

本次訂了七間房，大家還是比較滿意的。主要是地理位置比較好，但是早餐整體的質量略顯不足，其他同等價位的酒店早餐更豐富一點。
