Baymont by Wyndham Gallatin

Room was very clean. The breakfast was unacceptable. They offered sliced white bread to toast. A waffle maker. And 4 small yogurts available in the fridge. Coffee and juice. No muffin...no bagels...no donuts or pastries or fresh fruit. We didn't expect eggs and all that goess with them. But what they offered was extremely pitiful. 😕😞😬

PROS: close to Kroger, Starbucks, Bealls, Big Lots, Longhorn Steakhouse, Chili’s, Walgreens, CVS, etc; ample parking; free continental breakfast; microwave, good-sizes fridge, coffee maker, blow dryer, & iron in the room; close proximity to Nashville; good sized room; strong water pressure; friendly staff. CONS: hotel looks run down (mold in bathroom ceiling - see attached pictures); small pool; breakfast is very minimal; bed & pillows are not comfortable; hotel overall is not very clean - stained bed skirts & bedding (though thankfully, the bed does not have bed bugs) - dust on light surfaces; dirty carpet (old stains & not vacuumed well); the fridge was in the lowest setting but it didn’t seem to get cold enough to keep any food from spoiling. I’m supposed to be in a nonsmoking room but the room smelled of smoke and there’s a canister to throw cigarettes away on the wall near my room. The hotel is cheap and you definitely get what you pay for.

Very nice staff. Clean fresh room. From reservations to check out everyone and everything went very well.

Nobody to check you in for 25 minutes. Broken door. Mold and rot in bathroom. Just a horrible experience and I'm not picky at all but this was just wild for a hotel.

Check in and out very efficient. Room was clean. Appearance of the property shows it's being well maintained.

Now that is the definition of a flea bag hotel. The inside of the doors were dirty. Do you realize how long you have to go without cleaning for the inside of the doors to be dirty?

We have stayed here at least 15 times. It is always clean Fresh sheets and towels every day. Helpful , friendly staff.

Have stayed here several times recently. The latest stay was the most comfortable and quiet so far. The shampoo and conditioner was very low, just enough for one shower. Upon check in, coffee was cold. When checking out, a construction crew were leaving lobby and had devoured all the doughnuts and muffins, even the coffee was gone. It was over an hour left before breakfast ended. I advised clerk, and left the premises.

Great location and great price, staff was very friendly and professional
