Sleep Inn & Suites Gallatin - Nashville Metro

Not the best hotel I have ever stayed in. First off, we got in very late and I was told that the room I had reserved was given to someone else. I had reserved a double queen room and we were put in a handicap king, which was not good for my family of three. Secondly, the room reeked of mold and mildew and my wife and son were up nearly all night coughing and sneezing, as they are highly allergic, so not a good night's sleep considering I had a long drive back to Missouri the next day. Luckily, we did not have to spend a night in the ER because of this. Since the hotel was full and also nearby hotels were also full, there was not a whole lot that could be done. I even called Choice about this as well. So far nothing has been done to remedy this. I believe I should receive a refund for this stay, or some Choice points added to my account.

The room had a smell and decor dirty. Elevator door inside and out of was not clean. The breakfast was horrible, the only thing that was decent was the waffle. Juices watered down and breakfast serving dishes were tore up. Shower had stains and stopper in bottoms of tub was broke. Vent hood broke and had dirty fingerprints on top of ceiling around the vent hood. Overall, I would not return.

Basic place to sleep in area. Entry updated, Room clean . Breakfast limited - nothing healthy or light yogurt etc. Pool access at next door Quality Inn closed entire Friday- Sunday as not cleaned - paid more for weekend nights. Great park and food options nearby !!

Room was a little warm even after adjusting air, coffee was not as hot as I liked. But overall pleased with cleanliness, quite even with it being busy.

Parking was great. The staff is always friendly & helpful. I always stay here when I’m in the Gallatin area.

This was a great spot to stay on our way back home from a longer trip. My only complaint was the room smelled like it was previously an allowed smoking room. Like the some smell was in the carpet still, other than that clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was not as good as it had been when we stayed there before. Parking was fine. Towels were replenished but room coffee was not. Everything was clean.

everything was very clean peaceful and quite i travel a lot so i know what high quality breakfast taste like and i will give the breakfast a 5/10 because you can tell everything was processed eggs look and taste like it came out of a premade container idk. food was cold half the time, but other the that i was just thankful to have a buffet break fast in the morning. Staff was very nice and friendly. I will still recommend this place because the price and how clean it is and staff being very friendly, and its very peaceful.

Doorto the room would not shut unless slammed or locked. Safety issues. Breakfast was AWFUL. Food was cold and the breakfast area was disgusting. I asked for a receipt at checkout and the front desk lady was very unhelpful and had non stop excuses to why she couldn't give me one. I do NOT recommend this hotel and am rather disappointed in the over all experience here
