I really like the hotel, its so comfy however in the description it says Luggage storage, we are expecting to leave our suitcases since we have the plane in the afternoon. You should put that the Luggage storage comes with charges. You need to book from an app to leave your suitcases.

The only good thing was the proximity to the train station. But the pictures of the room aren't real. It was far too loud all night. The first room was so horrible that we had to move it; the whole bathroom stank and there were stains everywhere. The next room was a bit better, but the bed gave us really bad back pain; we slept on metal. Rooms aren't cleaned. In our case, the elevator was broken and we had to walk down six floors, which isn't a big deal, but something like that should work. Definitely never again.

I HAVE ALREADY BEEN TO BEAUTIFUL HOSTELS IN OTHER ITALIAN CITIES. I MUST SAY THAT IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT EXPECTATIONS. VERY KIND AND PROFESSIONAL AS USUAL. THE GIRL AT RECEPTION WAS VERY HELPFUL IN FINDING THE MOST SUITABLE ACCOMMODATION FOR MY NEEDS. WELL DONE, TOP!!

Very good youth hostel. 2 minutes walk to Genoa Prince Station. The room is very spacious, the shared kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, and some free seasonings and ingredients are provided. There are people to clean up in the morning and evening. It is clean and well managed.
