It was very clean and had a nice private feel. The information sharing was not good, so I was asked the same thing over and over again. For example, I was asked about check-out time when I checked in online, when I checked in, and the day before I checked out.

Pros: some of the most decent hotels on the island, clean territory with a carefully maintained garden. We lived in a comfortable villa, did not regret that we chose this option, a private pool is a separate kind of pleasure. Now about the cons, of which, unfortunately, there are more. 1. We made a long way to the hotel: a taxi, a boat and a terrible horse-drawn carriage (on the island this is the only way to travel with suitcases) took us in the sweltering heat to the hotel, which is quite far from the pier. It so happened that we arrived 2 hours before check-in. The reception staff really delayed the registration process, at some point they switched to other guests, completely forgetting about our existence. We were asked to sit down and wait until they gave us the keys to the room. After 40 minutes of waiting, we asked again when they would finally give us the keys. And then they said that according to their rules we can check in only after 2:00 PM - it looked like a mockery, considering that all this time we were sitting and waiting for the keys that were about to be given, and also that they had 4 free cleaned villas and they could have checked us in earlier so that we could at least change from the road before going to the beach. They refused to give us a room before the allotted time on principle!! I have never encountered such an attitude anywhere. Absolute lack of flexibility and customer focus. 2. The funniest thing is that with everything that I described above, they demanded to check out at 11 am! at 11! I have been to many hotels, but I have never seen such an early check-out anywhere. 3. The room rate when booking did not include breakfast. This was a terrible mistake on my part. Because buying breakfast on the spot turned out to be much, much more expensive, about 900,000 rupees per day for two. 4. The villa smelled damp. Apparently the hotel has a nice spa, at least from the outside it looked very nice. How good it really was, we never found out because we couldn't book. It was fully booked and there was simply no room left for hotel guests.

The hotel is magnificent. We had a Deluxe Lagoon Pool Access room, plus access to the hotel's large pool. It's located on the west side of the island with a superb sunset view and a beach with a brilliant blue sky. Although the overall experience was perfect, we did have a few complaints about the daily housekeeping of the room. There were some shortcomings. Sometimes the trash wasn't emptied, the cutlery wasn't replaced, etc. But overall, our stay was indeed perfect. I recommend this hotel.

Service: Excellent Location: Best sunset spot. A bit far from the port. Not a good beach for snorkeling Food: Not cheap, but worth the price. Sunset mule is especially the best.

Amazing hotel, good location, away from the crowds. The hotel has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, it is easy to get to the center of the island, you can rent a bike at the hotel. The beach and beach club are a special delight, the sunset side, stunning views during dinner on the beach. Will definitely come back, the best hotel on the island
