Reception staff was excellent and courteous.
Breakfast very limited and no variety. Had lot of difficulty in communication because of language barrier.
Rooms looked tired and old in urgent need of renovation and upgrading. Toilet flush system didn’t work properly and sign posted as push the handle down hard.
Shower control at ankle level and very old. How do the hotel expect guests to bend down to adjust the flow and temperature . Room was not the worth money charged.

1. It is not an outdoor hot spring, and there is only one bathing pool similar to the one we used to take when we were kids. The venue switches genders in the morning and afternoon. If you are used to domestic hot spring environments, don't expect too much.
2. The meals are relatively monotonous. Reservations are required for Teppanyaki and French cuisine, but not for simple meals
