離地鐵站有1000米距離，打車出行不方便，除此之外，還行，如果有行李，需要上坡。

超乎尋常的好，下次去還要住。服務很好，房間很大，早晚餐食品種極多，刺身品種多。花園非常漂亮，有瀑布水聲，真想就呆在酒店不走了。唯一不足就是離湯本箱根站略遠，不帶行李走過去一句也很美。有酒店交通車，平時早晨9：20到晚上五點，每人200日元。露天温泉很棒，非常值得去度假。

這家温泉不建議入住 理由如下 第一 辦理入住還沒進門就要脱鞋 這還是第一次遇到 拖着行李箱光着腳辦理入住真是奇葩 關鍵不穿鞋走路腳底疼啊 第二 明明辦理好了入住手續 説一定要等到下午三點才能進房間 當時已經是下午二點了 就差這一個小時嗎 況且 下午3點入住 早上10點之前必須退房 請問這能算一天嗎？這算不算霸王條款 第三 房間裏的設施陳舊就不提了 關鍵是窗户沒有窗簾 大早上5點不到房間就很亮了 這讓人如何休息 安裝個窗簾就這麼難嗎？第四 晚上的自助餐我是6點開始用餐的 7點就被請出去了 説要換下一批了 如果2個小時換一批的話是不是需要提前告知 被莫名其妙地請出去真的很過分 第五 早餐時間是早上7到8點45 還真沒遇到過這麼短的時間週期 一般的酒店早餐用餐時間跨服之前要2個小時到2個半小時左右吧 多的要3小時 這7點到8點45分的還真沒遇到過 當然 也有好的一面 環境確實不錯 後面就是山林 可以上山一覽風光 而且 室外泡澡的地方確實好 面對大山泡入浴池 真是愜意

出發前才訂的酒店，住了兩晚，超出預期，房間雖然不大，也有些年代感，但很整潔，也很安靜，設施也齊全，還有一泊二食，非常好吃，早餐晚餐去晚了需要排隊。酒店後面就是山和園林，很漂亮，水池裡養了魚和小鴨子，超級可愛。離湯本站也不算遠，走路十五分鐘左右，白天出去玩兒，晚上回來泡湯，很是舒服

Check-in starts at 12 noon, which is earlier than other hotels. We arrived at 10:30 in the morning, stored our luggage first, and took the mountain tram up the mountain. The dinner that day and the breakfast the next day were both buffets, and the quality was good! Rich in variety, fresh in ingredients, and many choices. Let's talk about the disadvantages: To be precise, this is not a strictly Japanese hot spring hotel! Both the room area and layout are different from the hot spring hotels in Toya and Noboribetsu that I experienced in Hokkaido before, and the price is much more expensive than Hokkaido! Because of the tour in Owakudani and Lake Ashi, it was already past 5 pm when I returned to the hotel to check in. There was no Chinese service, so I relied on translation software to communicate, which delayed a lot of time. Dinner starts at 19:30 and ends at 21:00 (only 1.5 hours). To reserve a family private bath (30 minutes), it either starts at 19:00 or 21:45, and there is an additional 2,000 yen private bath fee! Thinking that the 19:00 one would affect the dinner time, and the 21:45 one would be too late to affect the rest, so I gave up decisively in the end! I was in a bad mood! I had to queue up for dinner, and the waiter led me to the table, which delayed some time. The actual meal was only 1 hour (friends had to arrive at the restaurant in advance, otherwise it would affect the meal time)! When dining, I found that some guests were drinking draft beer, so I went to the counter to get drinks, but the waiter refused to give it to me! I saw other guests getting beer. I was very confused, so I used the translation software to ask if I had to pay to buy it separately? No one responded to me. Just as I kept asking, someone who seemed to be a foreman came over and took me back to my table. He asked me to show my room key card, and then told me that I would be charged separately for drinking beer. As a result, I asked for a large glass of beer, and when I checked out the next day, I was charged 1,080 yen for beer (plus 300 yen for hot spring tax). The whole process was inexplicable, and simple things were made so complicated. Of course, there were also some language barriers. Some people say that Japanese people are rigid in doing things, but in the more than 10 days I was in Japan, only this hotel had difficulty in communication! It affected my mood for playing! Let me talk about the location of the hotel again. When placing an order, I referred to the comments that it said that it would take about 10 minutes to walk from the station to the hotel. This is nonsense! It is at least 2 kilometers away from Yumoto Station to the hotel. It is basically at the innermost of the hot spring street hotel group, and it is uphill all the way! Friends with large luggage should pay attention and be cautious when placing orders. It is too tiring! There is a minibus shuttle between the hotel and Yumoto Station (200 yen per person one way), but the shuttle time is not easy to grasp. It is gone at 5 pm! In short, this hotel is the most frustrating in this more than 10-day trip to Kansai and Kanto!
