酒店環境非常乾淨，入住感覺很舒服，酒店工作人員都很和善，酒店的小童樂園小朋友很喜歡，餐廳的菜品也很美味，到額爾古納國家濕地公園開車半小時，挺方便的，還有充電樁可以充電

酒店很熱情，一到就給孩子們準備了小禮物，也給我們升級了家庭房，還準備了一次性毛巾和馬桶墊！服務很細緻！我們離店時，還給我們準備了麪包和牛奶，很不錯的酒店！

呼倫貝爾之行最滿意的酒店之一，房間很大，衞生乾淨，早餐食材豐富，口味也很棒。最讓人印象深刻的是服務，從入住到離店，充滿了温暖與真誠。看到下雨了還主動送了雨披與鞋套。總體算是很滿意的一家，推薦！
