很好的酒店，入住時房間還有掛耳咖啡茶包等，房間空間大，採光好，明亮，設施齊全，前台好玲萌琳服務非常好，早餐也很棒，有免費停車場，出行也很方便，非常推薦

酒店大堂很涼爽，一進來就可以聞到酒店淡淡的香氛，郴州也是個美麗熱情的城市，這次入住體驗感覺很好，退房時琳萌送了我們小禮物，值得推薦給大家。所有服務人員都非常友好，前台小妹妹們都很可愛熱情。郴州整個旅行都很愉快，唯一一點（並非酒店的問題，酒店也盡心處理了），就是有的住客會在大堂抽煙（很快被大堂經理請走，但我是目瞪口呆），浴室有時候也能聞到一點點煙味（酒店再及時處理也擋不住有人偏要室內抽煙）。除此在外郴州的風景和美食還是很值得來的。

房間乾淨整潔，晚上休息時很安靜。早餐營養豐盛，殺豬粉、魚粉味道都不錯，西點種類多。出行便利，離市內的景點都不遠，非常舒適的一次入住體驗！

前台譚經理的處理方式讓人很無語 毫無誠意 被動 客人入住期間反饋房間潮濕 入住兩個晚上 居然要下一次入住再來彌補 這次入住期間為什麼不及時調整彌補呢 入住期間知道出現問題 一聲不吭 無語…
