Stayed in a standard room with lagoon view for two nights. The room was spacious and bright, quiet at night, and I could faintly hear the sound of the waves when I opened the window. The biggest praise came from the fact that we went out to sea the next day and came back after 5pm, which seriously exceeded the check-out time of 12 noon. After explaining, the front desk helped to waive the extra overtime fee, which was quite considerate! The only drawback was that the restaurant was crowded, and some stalls had to queue during peak hours. Overall, I liked it very much.

Nice hotel and foods, and the vibes here!.It’s near by the Marina Hurghada. And you can see many cats everywhere in this hotel. Very cute. And the dancing show is excellent as well!

Pros: The hotel is in a great location, you can snorkel at the hotel, see a lot of fish 🐟 The restaurant is good, the fries at the seaside restaurant are awesome!
Cons: Some service staff are discriminatory, especially the front desk! We were first assigned to area A, and the lakeside room we booked had no signal at all (no WiFi or data). At my strong request, we were moved to area B, where the signal was much better! After arriving at area B, I found that Asians were assigned to area A rooms, and there were no Asian faces in area B!

1. The private beach W structure is a godsend..
There are a lot of people, but you can enjoy it leisurely and the structure is well-organized.
2. The grilled shrimp came out for dinner and it was really delicious.
3. The accommodation condition was so-so.ㅠ It was old, so it was hard to open the room key at first. The air conditioner leaked right after checking in, so I called the staff to fix it.
4. They give you a towel key per person when you check in, but you have to show this card when you check out. Be sure to use a towel and return it to get the towel key.
When I checked out, they kept asking for the towel key, but I didn't know, so I went back to the room and gave them the towel.ㅠ

The environment is great, the view is very wide, you can snorkel directly, and you can see different kinds of fish. I didn't encounter the discrimination mentioned in some books. However, the people who helped to carry the luggage in this hotel hinted that they wanted tips (this did not happen in other hotels in Egypt). There are not many choices for all-inclusive meals, and there are flies around some dishes. If you mind, choose carefully.
