房間設施很好，環境優越。還贈送汗蒸等洗浴。首次入住贈送沙棘汁。唯一不足點就是房間帶一點煙味，但是內蒙似乎很多酒店都有。

停車場非常大， 停車方便。在房間裏可以俯瞰烏蘭木倫河，城市夜景非常好看。早餐豐富，還有很多特色小吃。游泳和洗浴也不錯。

酒店外觀和大堂非常非常大氣宏偉，但是，房間裏面很老舊，畢竟那麼多年了。早餐種類很多，洗衣房好像6點就關了，第二天早上8點才開，很無語。前台辦理入住很冷漠，沒有服務態度，説實話第一印象就不是很好，畢竟接觸的第一個工作人員就是前台。

衞生差，服務差。大廳挺高級，但是房間有舊又小，床是潮的，地毯還臟（保潔不行了就換一個）。
吃晚飯的時候一個服務員管一整個廳，根本忙不過來，米飯要了30分鐘了還沒上😒😒，菜品也一般
早飯一個人要68塊錢但也沒見得多好吃🤢🤮
晚安牛奶:説的特色項目呢還 一問説停產了，不知道還以為你們酒店歇業了呢
裝修一下里麪吧簡直不能看🙈🙈服務員態度一般
