함께한 여행이였어요. ! 날이 너~ 무 더운데 냉방도 잘되고, 조식도 든든하게 아이와 함께 먹을 수 있는 메뉴가 다양해 좋았어요! 냉방도 잘되고 엘베도 3개 있어 불편함 없엇어요. 침구류 너무 푹신하고나 딱딱하지 않고 편하게 잤네요.직원분들 너무 친절하세요. 감사했어요. 덕분에 기분좋게 숙박하고 왔어요.

응대하신 직원 친철하고 청결도 만족합니다. 아쉬운점이 있다면 방음이 안 좋은지 옆방에서 얘기하는 소리가 들려서 놀랬습니다. 라운지에서 피자를 시켰는데 냉동피자에 야채 올려 주신거 같더라구요. 시그니처메뉴라고해서 시킨건데 실망 했습니다. 그외에는 불만 없어요

위치는 매우 편리하고 좋았고
침구상태 깨끗하고 좋았으며 대체적으로 나쁘지 않았으나
한가지 샤워실 유리박스가 환기가 안되서 그런지 안 좋은 냄새가 났음.

깔끔하고 친절합니다.
도보로 시가 중심은 엄청 가까운 편이고
한옥마을도 도보로 충분히 다녀올 수 있는 거리였습니다.
프론트 직원분들께서 매우 친절합니다.
그리고 방도 깔끔한 편이었습니다.
저희는 가장 중요한 게 청결도였는데, 부합하는 호텔이었습니다.
13층에 묵어서 전주를 감상하기도 좋았습니다.
주차도 지하에 가능하다는 것도 큰 장점이었습니다.
사진은 프론트에서 구매할 수 있는 캐릭터 인형이었습니다.
다른 것들도 있었는데 너무 귀여운 것들이 많아 오며가며 계속 구경했어요.
프론트 앞 대기 소파에 팬더도 두 마리 앉아 있습니다.ㅎㅎ
