응대해주신 프론트 직원분 너무 친절하셔서 감동이였습니다. 객실 컨디션도 훌륭하고 위치도 좋아 주변 둘러보기 좋은 장소입니다. 다만 아침 조식 레스토랑 응대 직원분께선 어딘가 화가나있으신듯한 인상을 받아 다소 불편했습니다.
프론트 직원 분은 정말이지 이름까지 여쭤보고 싶을 정도로 훌륭한 서비스 마인드셔서 너무 감동받았습니다

호텔에서 냄새가 나서 별로였어요.
금연호텔이라고 했는데 찌든담배냄새가 나는것 같았어요..
가격도 저렴하지도 않았는데 청결부분이 맘에 안드니 다 별로로 느껴졌어요.
글고 주차장도 자리없어서 맞은편 전북대평생교육원에 했는데 요즘처럼 더운시기에 야외주차라 그것도 별로였습니다.
대신 직원서비스는 좋았습니다.
