주니어스위트룸 전반적으로 청결하고, 화장실도 깨끗해서 마음에 들었어요. 어머니 모시고 갔는데 어머니께서 엄청 좋아하셨답니다. 조식도 맛있었어요. 체크인 시작되는 3시에는 엄청 밀리지만 어쩔 수 없죠. 여수엑스포역에서 가깝고 오동도랑도 가까워서 좋아요.

주말이라 인포대기가 좀 길었고 조식을 일찍 갔는데 나와보니 조식대기하는 고객도 많았고 엘리베이터 통로에 가득 있어서 숙소이동하는데는 좀 혼잡스러웠습니다.
숙소 세면대쪽 천정에 물이 떨어졌는데 데스크에 전달드린다는ㄱ 못했네요~ 전체적으로 깔끔하고 음식도 좋았습니다.
고객이 많을때 공간정리등에 좀거 신경써주시면 더욱 좋을거같아요!

위치 청결함 나무랄데 없는데 … 암막커텐 틈새가 있어 아침에 너무 눈부시고 샤워 배수가 좀 아쉽네요.
칫솔 사용료 받는다고 너무 작은글씨로 써있는데 , 이것까지 차지하는건 좀 ㅠㅠ 체크인 체크아웃 직원 좀 더 친절하면 좋겠네요.

27년만에 간 여수 여행이었어요. 트립닷컴에서 후기 확인하고 신라스테이에 머물렀어요. 이전에 신라스테이 서울 몇개 지점에 머물렀던 기억이있어 비교가 되네요(한숨).
접근성은 좋아요 이순신광장과 크루즈,오동도,케이블카 모두 인접해있어서 택시로는 기본요금 걸어서는 10분 내외입니다.
그런데 룸 컨디션 몇가지 솔직 후기 맘먹고 남깁니다. 기본적인 샴푸 및 바디 클렌져가 거의 통에 간당간당하게 남아있어서 2박하는데 약간 걱정스러운 마음이 들었고 누군가 다쓰고 남은것을 쓰는 느낌이었어요 이렇게 하시려면 아예 작은 용기에 넣으시는게 낫지 않나요? 조마조마한 느낌이 들어서 썩 기분이 좋지 않더라구요. 그리고 베개에서 냄새가 좀 심해요. 제가 매년 여행을 해외포함 5번이상은 다니는데 아 이번에는 좀 당황스러웠어요. 또한 필요한 물품이 있어 전화를 두어번 하였지만 프런트연결이 잘 되지 않아서 직접 내려가서 타월을 받아왔어요. 조식줄이 길어요. 오전 차를 예매해서 가는 상황이어서 급했기도 했지만 전날 줄서지 않고 먹어서 여유롭게(1시간 10분전) 에 내려갔는데 줄이 몹시 길어서 포기하고 왔어요. 포기하고 간다니까 취소해주신다고 룸번호 물어보시길래 어차피 프런트에 가야되서 추가 조식 신청한 아이들은 환불신청했는데 들은바 없다, 또 한 5분가량 실랑이를 하게되었어요. 미리 되게 붐빌수 있다, 주말에는 엘베앞 두줄이상의 긴 조식줄이 있다, 이런거 말씀해주심 좋겠네요. (7시 50분 기준)
다음 여수는 오겠지만 다음 신라스테이? 저는 썩 내킬것같지는 않습니다. 수영장때문에(넓은 사진 기대하시면 안됨) 아이들이 좋아했어서 고민스럽지 않을까 싶네요.
