我們是一大家人的出行真的特別感慨交通特別的便利，就在交通索道上站台的出口處，對於我們帶着長輩出行，真的是太方便了，前台小姐姐服務特別好，細心講解廬山遊玩路線，早餐也很豐富，磨咖啡都有，廬山山上去遊玩的觀光車總站台也在酒店旁邊，強烈推薦。

首先酒店位置很優越，對於想少走幾步路的，絕對首選，索道站旁邊，出門就是景區巴士，酒店人員很熱情，如火的熱情，我們升級了房間，臨行還有小禮物，下次還選擇這家酒店。

這次入住酒店的感覺就是好，很好，非常好。先説接站，我們是乘坐景區交通車上山的，路上酒店的工作人員就主動聯繫我，告訴我們如何上山，交通車坐到哪裡，還説到站之後聯繫酒店，酒店會派車來接。我們到達運管所站後就聯繫了酒店，不到五分鐘，酒店就派了一輛奔馳商務車來接我們，還是兩個人，一人開車一人幫助拿行李。受寵若驚啊。再説房間，訂的房間感覺有點小，到店後工作人員已經幫我們做好了免費升級的準備，而且是準備了兩間不同的房間供我們選擇。真的太感謝了。還給我們介紹了很多景點的攻略，詳細又實用。入住期間，還發生了一件事，老婆不小心把眼睛掉進了電梯縫隙裏，酒店的領導和服務人員兩次封閉了電梯，打開維修門後幫我們尋找，真是不厭其煩。在這裏再次表示衷心的感謝，謝謝你們。酒店不止備有洗衣機和烘乾機，還有烘鞋器，衹要一晚上就能把鞋烘乾，簡直就是無微不至了。我們退房的時候酒店又主動用奔馳車把我們送到下山的車站，其實坐景區的交通車也很方便，但是酒店的這種服務真的是太棒了，還送了伴手禮。真是方方面面都好，都滿意。再次感謝。下次還會再來的。祝酒店生意興隆，祝各位工作人員工作順利。謝謝。

這家酒店真是太好了，位置好，服務好，早餐更好，一大早竟然還有排骨海帶湯，晚上在外面吃的飯不好吃還貴第二天中午選擇酒店餐廳吃飯，真是比外面乾淨衞生，味道好價格合理，最好的是洗衣服外面搭個棚子可以晾曬，下雨天都不怕，總之非常滿意！
