酒店平抵住，房間大但設施比較舊，最大最大問題房間冷氣非常微弱，要求酒店換房，但酒店職員不肯，之後聯絡Trip.com，客服很積極幫我，最終酒店都很換房，Trip..com服務很好,如果怕熱的人千祈不要訂這間酒店，因為其實換咗房嘅冷氣都不是很大

我想官網或網路上租房平台上放的相片,可能都有很久歷史,實體上已道處顯出老態,電梯、樓層走道的地毯破損沒換,大廳迎賓免費咖啡機用袋子蓋起來不給喝,房間裡沒付飲用水,梯間也沒看到飲水機,只能去販賣機解渴,房間的冷氣很很很老舊,一開就扣扣扣的响不停,跟櫃台反應他來看,說幫我看看有沒有其他房可以換,但回來說其他房也是這樣,說晚上不會熱,給我一把電風扇不開冷氣就可改善,我也只好接受他的好意,今天白天旭川33度C,下午到這也有29度,不吹風扇可能無法入睡,再說大衆浴場,男湯沒有窗通風,沒有露天池,地面濕滑,理容枱沒有護膚產品提供,跟剛剛去過價格差不多的登別、支笏湖的溫泉飯店差很大,溫泉商店街很多店都閉了,完全沒有旅遊點的氣氛,但看各停車場都停很多車,不是沒有遊客阿！怎會變這麼差,露天大衆池是男女.混浴的,但規定要穿飯店提供的泡湯服才能使用,但卻看到有一個男人裸身進去泡湯😱又沒人管.早餐廳內設備也很舊了,咖啡機速度很慢按鈕顯示不清,按了不知是否成功,食物枱太低,托盤放下要彎腰,地面有各設備的電線在走道上易生危險.

前台是個中國人，很幸運可以中文交流。房間裏可以看到窗外的樹林和溪流，環境很好，就是不能開窗，因為蟲子很多。一樓有温泉浴場，住客可以免費使用。可能是為了節約成本吧，三樓和二樓共用電梯（停在二樓半）。房間裏的設備一般，和別的經濟型酒店差不多。冰箱的插頭被拔掉了，第二天早上才發現。

位置很近黑岳登車纜車，很方便，酒店房間尚算不錯不過空調很差夜晚熱到醒咗，最慘是𥦬不能打開所以真的很熱，戶外溫泉尚算一流面對住條大河流很寫意😉👍♨️

Breakfast for 3 people for 240,000 won. It tastes good. The public baths are switched between men and women depending on the time, and there is also an outdoor mixed bath. The Daeseolsan water flows strongly and there is abundant rainfall.

Pros: very friendly staff, next to running river. The outdoor mixed clothed bath is nice but it's a pity that it is next to the river but you can see the river from the bath. walkable distance to the cable car point.
Corns: very old, carpet faded, mattress is very soft and can feel the bed springs, bottom of bed is all disintegrated (see photos), air con vents are dirty, breakfast system isn't good as such long queues everyday and food isn't fresh. The indoor public baths are not clean, slimy floors, the pools have things at the bottom.
Overall the town seems to be dying, Many vacant buildings and abandoned shops. It's seen better days. We will not come back again. Horrible mattresses gave us backaches. We do NOT recommend this hotel.
