Very clean hotel with beautiful spaces. Every staff member was extremely friendly, professional, and attentive. The included breakfast was delicious and fresh. I wish the hotel had free parking, but we did not have any trouble finding a space. The hotel was very convenient to the gondola, restaurants, Coop, drug store, and train station.

Reines Durchgangshotel, nichts für längeren Aufenthalt. Das Hotel scheint die besten Jahre weit hinter sich gelassen zu haben. Unser 12 Schweiz-Urlaub war leider der bisher schlechteste… Auf den Zimmern und Etagen findet man Investitionsbedarf. Es riecht muffig. In den Bädern hört man SÄMTLICHE Geräusche von Nachbarn… Der Balkon - nackter Beton ohne Sitzmöglichkeiten. Beim Frühstück fehlte immer etwas, mal müsste man auf Butter warten, mal war das Brot alle, mal fehlten Löffel, mal die Marmeladenschälchen. Wir haben 1x abends gegessen, war zwar preiswert aber es kam ein falsches Essen. Eh dann das richtige kam, war meine Frau schon fertig mit dem Essen, auf das 2. Glas Wein mussten wir ewig warten…. Einmal wollten wir Abend in der schönen Hotelbar noch was Trinken. Obwohl uns der Oberkellner oder Restaurantleiter mehrfach hat sitzen gesehen, kam niemand nach 30 Minuten sind wir ins Hotel gegenüber gegangen und wurden sehr gut bedient. Die „Verabschiedung“ so etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt! Rechnung vorgelegt, bezahlt….“Danke, Sie können dann morgen den Schlüssel hier auf den Tresen legen.“ Keine Frage, ob es uns gefallen hat, kein „Gute Heimreise“ nichts….. Ein Punkt ist noch zu viel! Kandersteg „JA“ …. Victoria „NEIN“

C’était notre troisième séjour dans cet hôtel. Il est idéalement situé, avec une vue splendide sur la montagne. On y trouve une piscine, un excellent restaurant, une magnifique terrasse, les chambres familiales … tout est réuni pour un séjour parfait. Cette fois-ci, j’ai oublié des affaires dans l’armoire. Il a suffi d’un simple appel pour que tout soit retrouvé et expédié à mon domicile, aux frais de l’hôtel. Un grand merci pour ce service impeccable !

We love this hotel - perfect for families - the family rooms are spacious and there are lots of things for kids - outdoor and indoor play areas, swimming pool, great breakfast. Thanks for a great stay!
