The hotel is great, location with beautiful views, amenities. The service is also good, the staff quickly responded to requests, was responsive and attentive. Water was brought at the first request, an iron, everything you need. In general, the territory is large. Quiet, calm, rooms with a balcony and a sea view are gorgeous. However, there is really a problem with cleaning and cleanliness in the rooms, which is written by everyone who stays at this hotel. On the second day, the cleaning came to our room half an hour before the end of their working day, when we asked to come in 10-15 minutes, they said that their working day was already ending and they were ready to do the cleaning here and now. As a result, in front of us, they quickly changed the towels and that's it, that's where the cleaning ended. On the third and fourth days, they cleaned the room well from the outside. Clean towels every day, pillowcases were also changed. But the floors are dirty, dust, hair, but we walked in slippers, and put on flip-flops in the shower. Breakfasts are monotonous, but you won't go hungry. You can always choose something to your taste. It is possible to get to the beach, where a shuttle takes you, not all hotels on the peninsula have this option. But you need to be prepared that before getting to the beach you have to go down and then up about 8 floors. Sun loungers are different, those with mattresses look tired, stained, moldy from dampness. We always chose other, metal ones, towels are given out on the beach. The water in the sea is clean, transparent, entry into the water from the pier.

Моё пребывание в этом отеле, к сожалению, оставило очень негативное впечатление. Прежде всего, хотелось бы отметить некомпетентность персонала. Чувствуется отсутствие должной подготовки и заинтересованности в решении вопросов гостей. Кроме того, отношение к посетителям было неуважительным, что совершенно неприемлемо для сферы гостеприимства. Состояние номеров оставляет желать лучшего. Они не соответствуют заявленному уровню чистоты и комфорта, в ванной слив не работает, ручки двери отваливаются. Пляжное полотенце одно на трех человек. Ожидаешь большего за такую цену. Отдельно хочется выделить плату за проживание с питомцем- Стоимость в 40 евро за ночь для собаки кажется чрезмерно завышенной такие деньги берут в отелях 5* и приносят хотяб миску для воды. И, наконец, один из самых больших сюрпризов – отсутствие собственного пляжа у отеля. Гостей возят на пляж другого отеля, предназначенного только для взрослых. Нигде заранее не было указано, что посещение этого пляжа с детьми запрещено, и об этом узнаешь только по факту, что создает большие неудобства ведь трансфер через час, особенно для семей с маленькими детьми. Персонал не сообщает об этом ни при заселение ни при посадке в машину, на претензии не реагируют и извинения не приносят. Отель не соответствует заявленному уровню.
