7月5號站在靠近大廳往電梯方向的前台黑妞很差勁。退房寄存行李的時候，故意跟我説的很不明確，讓我找來找去。還給我一張房卡，説等會可以打開拿行李！其實，根本不是那麼一回事，打開門拿取行李，必須工作人員自己的卡才可以，她就是覺得我是中國人，聽不懂英文，各種糊弄我，我去問她，為什麼給我一張打不開門的卡，她還各種打電話，説沒空理我！
酒店房間是木地板，所以樓上隔音差是避免不了的問題，而且整個酒店設施、環境就很一般，相當一般，甚至進去第一秒就後悔了！你們經理應該找出這個黑妞，處理一下這種情況！
這個黑妞在我説的這個位置站了一天！
