I recently stayed at your hotel, and I must say, it was one of the most frustrating and unpleasant hotel experiences I’ve had.
The lift system was beyond inconvenient. To reach the ground floor, we had to first go all the way up to the 48th floor — which is completely unreasonable. The entire environment was overcrowded, and both the guest and parking lifts were extremely slow. It got to the point where we had no choice but to take the stairs just to get down — not something I’d expect from a hotel of this level.
To make things worse, during checkout, we accidentally forgot to pay the parking fee. When we returned to settle it, the staff’s response was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional, saying, “Wherever you go, you have to pay the parking fee.” I never said I wouldn’t pay — I simply overlooked it and came back to resolve it. There was no need for such a tone or attitude.
Overall, the experience was far worse than expected. I truly hope your management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve both your facilities and your customer service.
