Great hotel! Conveniently located, 20 minutes and 10 ringgit from the airport. The room is clean, the bed is huge, the bed linen is clean and soft. In addition to soap, there are even disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. We asked for a quieter room - but almost all of them are like that, they overlook an alley, and there are practically no sounds from the street.
On the night of arrival, our stopover flight was late, we had to fly to Kuching on the next one. And although the check-in time is indicated until 12 at night, upon a written request by e-mail, they waited for us and checked us in.
Breakfasts are a fairly simple buffet, although you can still choose the right food for yourself.

First time staying in this small hotel. The room is very clean and the facilities are complete. There are many restaurants downstairs. It's a bit noisy at night, but it's okay to sleep late. Overall, I am satisfied and will stay again today👍

1. The service is very poor. The noise from the bathroom exhaust is very loud and it is not handled at all! The exhaust opens at 6 o'clock in the morning like an alarm clock! There will be two videos for your reference! The hotel also considers that the sound insulation is not good, it is close to the road, and there is a very thin single-layer glass, and the exhaust noise is very loud, so earplugs are prepared for guests entering the store! Is only 7 floors hotel, overall stay is quite satisfied just that opposite the hotel is a live band pub. If you are light sleeper, maybe might not choose the corner room.

Very cozy and neat place with necessary amenities and walking distance from some of the local hangouts. Staff at this hotel Gina was excellent in assisting our check-in and out process as well as helped us find some precious belonging by accident at this hotel., was very kind enough to call and even assist in arranging the logistics back to us. Totally recommend this place!
