Good location, 10mins walk to waterfront, 5mins walk to The Hills shopping mall, 5mins walk to TopSpot seafood ctr. Room is small, enough space to walk only. Air-conditioning excellent, shower hot water tip top. There's one Cowa water dispenser on ground floor n three units on first floor. No face/hand towel, bath towels are old n yellowish. There are vending machines at the lobby which provide daily stuffs

Hotel 98 is definitely the hotel I was most satisfied with during my eight-day trip to Kuching. It is located in the city center. When you enter the lobby, you can never imagine that it is such an affordable hotel. The staff are very friendly. Although the room has no window, it has a refrigerator and a hairdryer. The place is very clean and feels new. There is a water machine in the corridor and a massage chair in the lobby. When I asked the staff for help, they were positive. The cleaning staff in the morning were very polite. Next time I come to Kuching, I will only choose this hotel!
