After a long journey, I arrived at the hotel feeling quite exhausted—but from the moment I stepped in, the warm hospitality instantly lifted my spirits. I was greeted with a smile and offered a refreshing welcome drink, which was such a thoughtful touch. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional throughout.
To my surprise and delight, I was informed that I had been upgraded to the Grand Suite—a generous gesture that truly made my day and set a wonderful tone for my first visit to Bandung. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel’s cleanliness was impeccable, and everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. From room service to front desk support, every staff member I encountered was kind, attentive, and always ready to help.
Check-out was just as smooth as check-in, and I left feeling genuinely grateful. A huge thank you to the staff member who arranged the complimentary upgrade—it really made my trip and added such a special memory to my visit.

Fantastic stay at the hotel at the bustling Bandung city center with Praga street round the corner. Really helpful staff to provide tips on nearby food and places for shop. Clean, spacious and quiet and not to mention the wide spread of breakfast! definitely will come back if visiting Bandung again
