環境：房間裏設施很新，酒店用品也不錯，接站的小帥服務很好，奔馳接送。主動告訴樂山大佛景區遊覽路線。我們住兩天，旁邊萬達廣場小吃豐富。

房間面積，配套設施，人員服務還有早餐（牛肉麪和蹺腳牛肉好吃）在這個價位都算無可挑剔，前台還給做了房型升級，管家小趙和前台小穎的服務也很貼心，很愉快的一次入住體驗。

第一次入住樂山安珀酒店，總體的感受還是不錯的，硬件方面房間內的設施都挺新，膠囊咖啡機很給力，衞浴設施也很滿意，整個房間的感覺設計都很舒服。然後來説一下服務，前台工作人員很熱情，提前一天就有管家聯繫確認到店入住時間和對房間的要求，到店後前台的小趙和小娟兩位熱情地為我們服務，很是周到。最後再來講一下餐飲：這個部分是對安珀這次比較失望的地方。首先，可能是因為入住率不高，早餐可選的種類並不豐富，而且某些食材感覺不是很新鮮；但是蛋烘糕和蹺腳牛肉做為特色，還是為餐廳撿回了分數。其次，是餐廳工作人員的服務，入住當天到L層逛了一下、看到有開展一些為住店客人準備的小活動，就放在餐廳門口，但是詢問餐廳工作人員，卻一臉茫然，説不曉得，不是他們搞的活動，後來溝通後，打電話幫我們問，應該是培訓沒有做到位吧。整體的感覺：樂山安珀酒店，硬件很好，但細節還有很大的進步空間。

這是我在樂山體驗過最舒服的酒店，管家式服務，有任何要求及時響應，我説要泡茶，直接給我拿兩個大的農夫山泉水，管家小趙特別暖心，還有頌缽療愈
酒店裡的咖啡機，水壺，浴缸非常乾淨，每一層樓的藝術氛圍都不一樣，住的特別開心，去萬達廣場也很近

已經是第四次入住了 各方面都很好 因為睡眠不好 所以對酒店的隔音各方面都比較挑剔 但這裏給了我家的感覺 很安靜 不被打擾 服務很好 需要什麼管家服務基本都能滿足 前台的小趙和小穎也是很貼心 入住前反覆確認了對房間的要求 退房後還關心入住體驗 真的很貼心
